For the first time in years, I got a white Christmas! ;D on the 21st, 22nd, and 23rd, it was dumping snow on and off and got down to 7 degrees, not counting wind chill. It's only warmed up today and it is starting to melt.
My family had a big snow fight this morning. I was after my dad, because he rubbed a huge snowball into my face inside the house. He was soaking wet when he gave up! ;D

Oh, yeah, we were both laughing about it. Though when my dad got me in the house, I was scheming up ways to get him back!
I just hid on the snowy side of the car and kept a steady rate of snowballs flying at him, because he had to hunt around on the ground and scrape it up.

You know, I was saying a few days ago (I think) that I wanted a white Christmas, but that we never get one...Well, of course we get the snow the day AFTER Christmas!!! *sigh* It's nice, but just not the same. And it wasn't even like we got a lot either. It must have just been an inch and a half and it melted pretty quickly. I know for certain that if I were to start a snowball fight with my dad that he would just yell at me. He is absolutely no fun at all.

Aww, some people just can't take a joke. I know more than a few of them myself.

Yeah, but that's ok. I would hit him with the snowball anyway lol. So what did you do for New Year's?

I went to my boyfriend's place and we hung out with his roommates. They are all Chinese, so they were making some cool foods for the occasion. I learned how to cook some new stuff as we stayed up pretty late. It was a blast!
Have you made any new year's resolutions?

I haven't really made any, no. Well perhaps maybe in the back of my mind I have....you know, when you know the way you want the year to go and you know what you have to do to make it go that way. But not in any strict sense have I made any.
What's your favourite scene from the FotR EE?

I'll be going to Cape May, NJ. Since I already live in NJ it's really not a long trip (140 miles), so the sooner I can get down there the better. I haven't been there in almost 4 years and I have been itching to go for a very long time. I used to go every summer, so it's definetely high time that I visit. If you're curious about the place, check out Cape May's website: www.capemay.com. It's a very nice place full of Victorian architecture.

Wow. From what I can gather from the pictures, it looks beautiful! I've never really been up to New England at all, aside from passing through the Boston airport at night on my way overseas.

Well technically it's not New England, but I wish it was. I would love to go up to New Hamphire to do some hiking. I've heard that the White Mountains are absolutely breathtaking.
