Hmm Latin seems so confusing to me. Oh well...you must know how to speak it better than me. Didn't Tolkien derive the Elvish language from Latin? ~ Nienna

I think it was Finnish. If I'm remembering it right (shouldn't that be rightly? English is so messed up ), Quenya was supposed to be the Latin of the Elvish languages.

(I have no idea, sis lol) Ahhh Well, either way Elvish is beautiful no matter where it comes from. Tolkien knew what he was doing when he created them. ~ Nienna

I'm tempted too, but I refuse to watch any more spoilers. I've already seen enough clips that Shadow's posted! ~ Nienna

I guess it's around 40 or 45 now. It's been getting up to 65 and 70 in the afternoons. This winter has been crazy here this year. We get a couple of freak snowstorms in the beginning of November, when it normally only snows in January or February. Then it is warm enough in December to trick a few plants into thinking it's early spring. Oh well. As long as we get about a week or two of freezing weather sometime, there won't be so many bugs next year.

Yeah, with the insect thing...there really are more around when the seasons go all haywire, huh? Darn that global warming... You are lucky for the 'warm' temperatures...it's 9 degrees where I am!!!

I don't believe in (human caused) global warming, actually. When you note that the tempuratures on the other planets in the solar system, like Mars, are warming and cooling at a very comparable rate to Earth, it only looks like Solar warming/cooling instead. You can't believe in everything you see on TV. In the 80's, they thought the world was going into another ice age.
Anyway, we are now getting a lovely cold front in my region and there is a winter mix on the radar. It's not supposed to get above 40 for the next few days. Texas weather is unpredictable.
