Awwww Thank you, guys!! ;D And you're right about "rumors". ;D lol My birthday was loads of fun. I had so many of my friends wish me a happy birthday, even ones that I haven't seen in years. So in case you're wondering, here's the list of things I did during this too short weekend: -- Saturday, January 19 (Birthday Eve ;D)MORNING: - Finished cleaning my room to an amost acceptable cleanliness (That's a project better reserved for when I have an entire week to kill)
- Begged the universe to get me that job for my birthday.
- Went to AC Moore for my sister to get me new watercolor pencils, just to find out that they were $30. Didn't get them...
AFTERNOON/EVENING:
- Opened birthday cards containing cold hard cash (the first I've seen as a gift in months )
- Welcomed grandparents (where else would the money come from??) and best friend Rosie
- Played favorite game "Apples to Apples", ate loads of cake and wished that my family didn't take the "Apples" game so literal.
- Opened Rosie's present of a golden leaf necklace that she made herself (I am now known as "Leggy GOLDleaf" )
- Had fun at our sleepover (I haven't had one of those in forever!) and talked about old times spent at college
Birthday Sunday (not to confused with "Easter Sunday" ;D), January 20--Greenie turned 24 years old at 5:18pm-- the time of her birth marked the first time DNA was taken from someone to makes clones for a later time, like 1990 ;D)MORNING: - Ate a fast breakfast with Rosie and then headed out to a mall an hour away
- Walked around the mall until we were to meet our friends at a buffet next to the mall at noon. Rosie and I were walking down some stairs in the mall when I heard a loud voice carry over the rest of the shoppers, "Holy sh*t! I recognize that face anywhere, but now it's curly!!" It was my friend Melanie! Somone I haven't seen in over 9 months and who I thought I would never see or hear from again! She ACTUALLY came!!! She almost didn't recognize me because I got my hair permed back in Montana. The reason for that was so people would see me as the new person I have become.
AFTERNOON:
- Met other three friends I haven't seen in a very long time (two of which it's been 2 1/2 years since I've seen!) and had our happy reunion at a Chinese buffet ;D.
- After opening presents, we headed up to get food. To Mel and my extreme disappointment, there was no crab legs to welcome us. Very sad.
- After lunch, we all walked around the mall, Mel and I seperating from the group so that we could walk to Suncoast so she could buy me my birthday present--the new Family Guy movie (the one that looks like "Starwars" LOL!!! )
- After saying good-bye to everyone else near 4pm, Mel and I finally went to see "Sweeny Todd". I have to say that I have never in my life closed my eyes during a movie! I can't say that anymore! I do not recommend this movie if you are squeemish with blood or do not like to see sharp instruments (particularly razors) dangle too close to your throat. Yes, very bloody. Oh wow, it was bloody...
EVENING:
- After seeing this specticle, Melanie was surprised and thrown into a fit of laughter when I declared that I was hungry. (Hmm at least I didn't lose my appitite ), so we went to McDonalds and later to Barnes and Noble.
- She was nice enough to drive me the hour home and probably didn't get back to her house until at least 10pm.
- I'm glad that we had this time to spend with each other because just a month ago our friendship looked to be going down the drain.
So in conclusion, I had a great birthday and I also loved how when I came onto the site this morning, my name was magically changed. ;D You guys are great. I hope we always stay friends. ;D

I'll change it *slightly*... but between you and me and anyone else who reads this, I wonder how many of them will actually go to see a rated R film. Although...I remember back when I used to work at the theater, sooooooooo many kids would try to sneak into those movies. And they're not allowed to be in a rated R film without an adult. That be the rules.
