RotK was my favourite of the three movies. Although, it probably does tie with FotR as my favourite. TTT I liked the least, and still don't like it too much.
And, by the way, I read some article not too long ago on some site that said the RotK EE is supposedly going to be 4 hours and 50 minutes... It sounds too good to be true, but we can hope.

Yes...I knew you'd reply, lol. It just bugs me when he laughes, sure I'm glad he's happy. But If I almost died, and went through all that, and found out somebody I though was dead was alive...the LAST thing I would do,is laugh, let alone crack up!

But....but...Frodo wasn't laughing because it was funny (if so, I agree, that wouldn't make sense), but out of sheer overwhelming happiness and love for everyone, and seeing them all alive and well, I'd imagine he was so relieved (and I'm sure shocked- in the case of Gandalf!) to see this. I'm suprised he didn't start crying while he was laughing-they all began laughing so much! This is one of my favourite RotK scenes! ;D I probably am grinning and laughing just as much during it! ;D

As a rule, I don't cry during movies. It's just something that I don't do. But the scene when Frodo woke up and saw Gandalf was alive, after MONTHS of believing that he was dead and maybe even beating himself up emotionally over that loss, I shared with him the joy of finding out that Gandalf was indeed alive! And in the room with him! *Searches for a Kleenex. (Anyone have a spare one I could borrow?)* I'm starting to get misty-eyed just thinking about it! LOL I am such a LotR weirdo. That was definetly one of my favorite LotR moments during the entire trilogy.

RoTK was good...I admit that I almost cried, but I didn't...woot anyway, I loved it, but I have to admit I like FoTR more, simply because it's the introduction of the cultures, and well...I just love that movie. But I love the battle scenes in RoTK, and quite possibly when the EE comes out, I'll love it even more than FoTR.

I loved RotK and TTT, but RotK made me almost cry it was so touching and great! I loved it. The second time I watched it, it did make me cry especially when samwise says, "I can't carry it for you, but I can carry you" and picks up frodo and carries him.

Oh yeah! That part! Now that's a friendship for ya! Sam risked life and limb for Frodo so many times and sometimes Frodo didn't appeciate it. I know that the ring was affecting him, but still! Poor Sam!

I also cried during this movie, but mostly at the end. It was just so emotional, I couldn't help it! Otherwise I never ever cry during movies, but RotK was definetely the exception.
