I thought that RoTK was the best one . I loved all of the movies, don't get me wrong, but RoTK was the most emotionaly upheaving one for me . -Legolas-

I totally agree! I loved ROTK espcially since it was so emotional. Certain parts would send chills up my spine (like when the Rohirrim shows up right when you think Minas Tirith has fallen), or they made me laugh (Legolas killing the Oliphaunt and Gimli going "That still only counts as one!"), or other parts would even make me cry (like when Aragorn and Arwen finally became King and Queen of Gondor, or when Frodo, Elrond, Galadriel, Celeborn, and Gandalf all left Middle Earth for Valinor). It was definatly the best!

Well said Elianna. I have to say that RoTK is the only movie that I've seen thats actually made me cry, yes, I'm admitting it. I cried... § Legolas §

Well I'm sure that's okay . I bawled through like the last 30 min. of the movie and no one seemed to care (because they were all bawling themselves). So I understand .

ROTK was the best I think. The best Battle scene ever!! Pelennor Fields! It was ten times better then Helms Deep. I'll I have to say is Legolas and the Oliphaunt.

It sure was! The Battle of Pelannor Fields was definatly the best. Not only was it ten times better, it was ten times bigger too. It made the Battle of Helm's Deep look like a neighborhood fight between a couple of kids. Soooo cool ;D.

Like Dominic Monaghan said: The battles in this make Helm's Deep look like two girls fighting in a shower... which wouldn't be all that bad. But yes, the battles were cool. I really like the battle in Pelennor. And I'd been waiting to hear my lova's voice for a long time(Pip). I love fire too, and they had Denethor catch fire. So rewarding it was . BUT, I really like FotR. I have a fond memory from it. When I watched it for the fourth time, at the part when the four Hobbits hide from the Nazgul, my tooth all of a sudden came out, and then I had blood all over me. I didn't get up because I loved the movie too much. Ah, good times they were...

Exactly!!! Dom quotes rock, he's totally correct, these battles were so good!
Sorry lol, any way I agree this movie rocked, only I didn't like the ending very much... when they all met up again... I laughed my head off because it looked so hilarious, I think I really would have liked it better if it had not been in slow motion. Also the ending was just random scenes thrown together so it was kind of sketchy. But this film was my favorite out of all of them. I can't wait until the extendedness..,

The ending of Rotk was a bit awful. It was very jumpy, and I wish they hadn't thrown in all those blank screens and fake endings.
But the rest of the movie was fabulous! I prefer Fotr for it's serenity and the focus on the different cultures and attitudes of Middle-earth, but Rotk makes me feel good. I love to see all the characters and their interactions all brought together, and the battle scenes were explosive.
And yes, it was the only one that made me cry...

Definatley! They went overboard on RotK!! But my dad said he liked FotR better because it explains what LotR is all about in the begginning and he likes that 'cause he need's reminding all the time! LYLAS always and forever, *~Lily~* (fellow mod, rum drunkered, and elf-maiden) kiss kiss

Yes! That's why I like the Fellowship the most. See, it's like I'm already old . I didn't cry to any of them. I guess it wasn't as emotional for me as it was for you guys. Or maybe I just don't cry very easily(except from my brother sometimes, erghh.).

I got a wee teary when Sam started crying because Frodo told him to leave, and when sam and Frodo hugged at the end and everyone was crying and stuff. I guess only other people crying makes me get teary.
