In June of 03 I started my very first LotR fan fiction. It is not even close to being done because I am having so much fun with it and I don't want it to end! I have seen a dramatic difference in my writing style since I started, and I think that I've grown very much since then. Unbelievably, it's actually made me more outgoing in my everyday life too! A good friend of mine helps me edit it whenever I write a new section, and we always get a good laugh out of it. She gives me her suggestions, and then I change it if I feel it needs changing. Once I've started, I don't know if I can ever end it!! ;D

Wow, sis!! It must be very long then, lol! I would looove to read what you have so far! That is, only if you wanted me to (lol!). I've written so many fanfics but never let anyone read them...and I don't know if I ever will, lol.
I'm trying to learn the Cherokee language (just begun too), started the first online class today. edit- and you know..maybe this will get me motivated to pick up all of my teach yourself Japanese books as well as motivate me to study an Elvish language....but I still have all that latin vocab I am always having to study for now..so I just hope I'll have time enough even for the online Cherokee lessons!!

Man, it's getting darn difficult...I'm studying three languages, Spanish, Japanese and Quenya.
So..
I know four languages (sort of)... English, Spanish, Japanese and Quenya.

I was never really great at learning languages. I've taken 3 years of Spanish and I STILL can't form a correct sentence!! But I would love to learn a little Quenya, and if not, Sindarin. Simple sentences would be great. I wouldn't need to get advanced enough to have a conversation with anyone!! hehe Oh, and maybe a few insults here and there would be nice to know... ~ Nienna

Linwelos is good with Sindarin insults, I only know a few, like "you look like an orc," "lowest of the low", easy stuff...Quenya wasn't really made to form insults so there's not a variety of words in that department. Spanish is a completely different story though, lol, I used to curse a lot because of habit being around old Spanish friends.
Uhm... I think I'm going to fail Chemistry >_<
OR
I've never been able to watch Angel Sanctuary the whole thing through...I get irked >_<. Too...icky for me.

Now that you mention Chemistry, I was going to take a Biology minor, so naturally I was going to have to take General Chem. 1 & 2 as a requirement...I dropped it on the first day lol. It just seemed so impossible!! Too much math!! *shudders* Elves weren't created with mathematics in mind!! (At least I think so anyways ) ~ Nienna

(Sis, that's probably a good thing. I mean, the idea of 'wheels' attached to the bottom of a human foot is just a little...uhm ) I'm going to look into foreign exchange programs... I'd probably be happy going to any country (no, I *know* I would), but I'd really love to go to either Japan ( ;D ;D ;D!), the UK ( ;D ;D ;D!) or Australia...or anywhere in Europe...or...or..or..ahhh as long as I get to go!! ;D ;D

(Yeah exactly lol If humans sometimes don't do well on wheels, can you imagine elves?? Sure we're sure-footed, but we aren't perfect! lol ) The idea of an exchange program sounds amazing! My friend is planning on doing one in Ireland. Soooo jealous. Hmm have you thought of possibly going to New Zealand? Sure it's like a world away but it has some of the most beautiful land on the planet!! I hate the taste of tomatoes!! That's why I only eat white pizza.
