1st try Luthien Tinuviel, offspring of Thingol, ruler of Doriath, and Melian the Maia. Said to be the fairest of all elves, Luthien fell in love with Beren, a mortal man. Thingol demanded that Beren steal one of the fabled jewels called Silmarils before he could marry Luthien. Beren accomplished his quest, with Luthien's help, but he was savaged by a wolf and died of his wounds. Luthien died of grief, and their spirits went to the Hall of Mandos, where Luthien sang a song of such beauty that Mandos granted her and Beren new life as mortals in Middle- earth. They had one son, Dior Eluchil, heir to Thingol. Luthien means "enchantress", and Tinuviel means "nightingale". 2nd try (lol I didn't really like being Luthien): (You know, the funny thing is is that this pic looks like me...) Aredhel Ar-Feiniel, a Noldorin elf and daughter of Fingolfin. She lived with her brother Turgon in his city of Gondolin, until she was taken by Eol to be his wife. When their son Maeglin was fully-grown, Aredhel escaped with him to Gondolin. Eol followed the two and when he attempted to kill his son, Aredhel shielded him from the dart and died of the poison herself. Aredhel's name means "noble elf" and Ar-Feiniel means "white lady of the elves".
