Each one of my close friends and I have our own character name from the fellowship. We have Aragorn, Gimli, Gandalf, Merry (sometimes she's Rosie too hehe), Pippin, Frodo, Sam, and of course Legolas (me! ;D) We got our character names based on the personality traits of the ones in the movie. For example, Pippin is very kind-hearted, but he tends to make a mess out of things once in a while. That's my friend Christine all the way. And my friend Mel who's the dwarf? She loves to eat a lot of red meat and put elves down a lot (just to get on my nerves...e.g. "Oh, go brush your hair!" or "If I sneezed near you, you would just float away because you are so light!" hehe). Since I'm Legolas (Leggy for short) I tend to be a little on the quiet side and let my actions speak for me instead of words, and I love to run, to walk (I can go for hours without stopping), I LOVE the woods, and if I could spend every minute of everyday in the outdoors I would be the happiest person alive!!

Sis that's so cool!! ;D I'd love to do that with my friends but only one or two of them are 'Ringers' ( ). Heh, awesome idea though! You have the entire fellowship! (minus dead Gondorian lol) I've been lazy so far today, lol..(no school today again)

LOL ;D Some people (though mostly family) call me 'Ness' or 'Nessa' 'Ness' still annoys me, but 'Nessa' tends to not urk me so much anymore! Hey, I'm fine being called a Valier

You know, Ared, for a split second I was thinking, "Why is her family calling her that? How do they get Ness or Nessa from "Aredhel"? And think I remembered, "Ohhhhh That's right!! Ared's not her real name!! lol

hehehe ;D Sometimes (or ..more often ) I like to think of myself as an elf (have hobbit days too ;D)! I have these elf/hobbit ears but I've only worn them a couple times because they just happen to look more 'Spockish' (sp??lol) then elfish or hobbitish..and sometimes I will wear my hair half up with the hair covering just the very tips of my ears... then I can just use my imagination ;D

Yeah, I've wanted to make the elf ears for over a year now. There's this whole process that looks pretty successful on the website that I found. I went out and spent that money to get the supplies but the one thing that I haven't been able to find is the mold gel. Personally I've never heard of it, and neither have the people at the Pearl's art store either. But in order for the ears to work I have to have the mold gel! I was thinking that maybe I can use some sort of substitute for it but I don't think that will work. Ahhh very frustrating. ~ Nienna

That *sounds* frustrating, sis. Have you looked at this site before? life-casting.com (there is a mold gel there though it seems kind of expensive) I searched through the sites of other craft stores like michaels and joanns but nothing comes up on those either.. (but hey you've probably already looked, lol)You might be stuck having to order it online

Aww thank you so much for looking for me, sis! I really appreciate it! I was actually starting to wonder if the term "mold-gel" even existed and if that lady just made the term up! hehe I've never ordered anything online before, and to tell you the truth I am kinda loath to do it. Too many weirdos online that would love to steal my valuable information. I know that it's safe on some sites but I don't want to take the chance. You know? I'm just cautious. Thanks again! Hmm something else about me? Well, I would cut off my right arm if I could find Legolas' Galadrim bow at a "reasonable" price, in great condition, and not have to buy it online. But you know...I kid. Besides, if I cut off my right arm to get the bow, how would I use it if I was missing my shooting arm? Kinda pointless, don't you think? ~ Nienna

lol!! Sis, you're too funny ;D ! I agree with you about ordering online...it's not exactly the best thing to do, it's quite the risky thing to do.. Unless of course like in my case where I happen to find something I fall in love with and cannot live without that is not sold offline!! ;D Infact, there is something I mussst have that is online...and infact...it is what finally pushed me to go asap(!) to get my navel pierced a couple months ago (wait...today makes it exactly two! ;D lol, yes I am keeping track I want it healed..yesss I does so that I can change it to this(!!!!)-->>>>) looky look ;D ;D ;D I won't be able to wear that until it's healed all the way..at least 6 months ..its worth it to make sure it's healed though..and then once I change it to this I will probably never change it again ;D ;D

*GASP* Sis!! I love that! If I ever wanted to get my naval pierced (I have sworn off piercings since my pierced ears became infected when I was 8--very bad experience that kinda turned me off of that sort of thing ), but if I did THAT would be EXACTLY what I would buy!!! Oh wow... ;D It will definetly be worth the wait!!! ~ Nienna

Yesss yess it will...and I think it's healing faster than it's supposed to so it may even be able to be changed a few months earlier ;D and aww I'm sorry you had a bad experience with your ears , do you remember if they were done with a gun? (probably though) Because piercing guns aren't really fit to do piercing with, and the few cartilage piercings I had (except for 1- which a few days ago I realised has closed) & 2 earlobe ones all got messed up- and they were all done with guns. Back then I had no idea how horrible they were for piercings ! They should be outlawed!!! Seriously! I mean, just look at this!! hehe maybe you *should* consider getting your navel pierced, sis...you only 'live once'!! ;D (unless you believe in other lives ) I always loved them, but I have always said before that I would never do it because I felt like it was a trend. Well, how dumb that sounds! Actually holding back from getting something I really admire just for that reason. And..yes it is one of the most 'trendiest' piercings, and I roll my eyes when I see all the jewelry sold online (or at stores) that is the same little barbell, with two gems, or something dangling from it.. But my piercing is for me only, and I absolutely lurve it! ;D Another thing about me... tomorrow is the day I have to be the roman on rollerblades (or one of them ) and I only put the rollerblades on about an hour ago to get used to it..and I can't skate!! LOL

Yeah actually I think that it was a gun that they used, although I was very young when I had it done. I just remember sitting in the chair, the guy telling me to "tell him what grade I was in, how I liked my teachers" (blah, blah, blah, you know... ) and suddenly SNAP (or at least that's what it sounded like to me). No, actually I remember it sounding and feeling like getting my ear stapled. I accidently stapled my thumb two years ago when I was helping decorate the dorm for Halloween. That's what I get for trying to help people!! But my GOD!! I can't believe that they still use that primative stuff!! That's just so unbelievable...it didn't say so, but I bet any money that it would also be a great spreader of AIDS as well. *shudder* That's just so scary to think about... Oh, and also, I DO believe in past lives, now that you mention it. Aren't I a good Catholic school girl? ;D ~ Nienna
