Haha, well, let me see.... I was leaving the library one time, well attempting to. They had locked the front door because it was closing time, so they made me go out the back door. I was about 15 at the time, so I was a youngun. I was scared and was walking fast to get to the front where my mum was waiting. I looked back and saw a man, so I sped up, thinking I am paranoid, but it wouldn't hurt. Well, guess what...the guy started picking up the pace...dun dun dunn....so I start running and so did her. I made it out to the street in time and he turned back. I was crying when I got to the car, lol. Hush, hush, there there Tang, tang..things will be ok..*comforts* I want to here more of these stories!

*shudder* Stalker stories... freaking scary...
I was about 11,12 and we (That being my family and me) lived in Fallon but did our shopping in Reno, which wasn't even an hour away. It was nearing my friends birthday so I told my mom that I was going to be near the toy section looking for something she would like. I was rumaging through the books, but there was this guy there... erm... playing with himself. I was 11/12 and I didn't exactly know what he was doing, but he was making nervous so I walked away and stopped at these cute stuffed dogs not but 4 rows away... He followed me there and I went stiff, trying to pretend I didn't notice him... We walked a bit closer to me and asked if I had "Ever seen 'one" meaning his... boy... I shook me head and literally bolted from there, crying really hard... I found a cashier and told them what had happened, crying non-stop. They stood close to me and called my mom from one of the cash registers... Every time I go to a Wal-Mart now, I don't walk off by myself unless mom sends me in there really quick to grab something and every guy that passes me (unless its a really cute guy ^-^ ) I go stiff until he's past.

Omg I'm just so glad during each of those times between the both of you you were able to sense that something just wasn't right. I probably have a story or two but I've blocked them out. Plus my parents and grandparents are a bit clingy so I don't think that anyone could possibily get close to me if they tried. Another thing that I've done since I was very young is to CONSTANTLY look around. I guess kinda like a deer in an open meadow I will just keep my eyes on whatever is near me. I'm shocked that no one's ever stopped me because I've looked suspicious myself!! But I think that's a good idea anyway because it lets any would-be trouble makers know that they'd be wasting time with you, having already lost their element of surprise.

oh my goodness, Lily, the same type of thing happened a couple months ago outside the store I work at. We ended up calling the cops on him. (I work at an all girl's clothing store, so it was an obvious place to go...but still!)
Then two guys came in with their phones and started following us girls around with their cell phones and started taking pictures of me and another girl. So my manager ended up calling the cops on them too, but they left before they got there.
I'll tell y'all about the stalker stories when I was 5, the one that just happened recently, the one that is still going on, and there was another one that happened that slipped my mind. (none of them will be disgusting, no worries! lol)

hmmm stalker stories eh? okay, I have those...
where to start? you know people should know better then to stalk me, i carry knives in my shoes half the time lol.
Just because I'm paranoid doesnt mean they arnt after me!
Well when I was little we often had prowlers around the house, so I'm quite used to it and keep very sharp objects within reach(in other words dont try to wake me up lol)
Once, my sisters dad, he's a bit dodgy and in the last house I lived in, when lily was one I believe I thought I heart fireworks, which isnt uncommon around here really, so I went out to see, but I stopped on the veranda, I could sence someone else there, we have all these trees at the front then, so I was always careful. I looked down at the handrail on the stairs and there was a black glove on there, and I looked down an I saw boots, it was lily's dad and I was only like a metre and a half away from him in the pitch black mind you, do i ran back inside and locked the house... hmm... and we called the cops, he was looking at lily through the window...
Then there was this one time i was walking to nans at 9pm and halfway there this guy started following me, but i watched my step, and when i walk around town at night you usually cant see let alone hear me, so i let the dark evelope me, and I managed to ditch him, without running or anything.. I love the night, she is merciful to me.
and for the last month on and off someone has been trying to get into this house... there was tapping on the window the other night.... ah.. i think ill shoosh before i concern anyone too much lol.

You should really be careful, just in case someone is trying to break into your house. Is it just the area that you live in that prowlers like to venture? It's good that you're prepared, but also staying in groups especially at night is a good idea...although you're right about the dark being good for hiding!!

Well, today has been interesting... I got stalked once again, but this time not by a guy.
This girl tried to contact me to invite me over to watch Lost with her, but I was going somewhere else so didn't answer. Here is all the times she contacted me...
Instant message last night Away message this morning, suggesting me to come over A post on my xanga site Calls to my cell phone at: 10:07 AM (people KNOW not to call me before noon) 12:30 (this one, she left a message) 1:09 2:43 4:01 6:05 Calls to my house 1:10(left a message for me) 4:00 6:13 (she left a message to my mom telling her to have me call her...) An instant message in the afternoon And two instant messages in the evening
Now, I don't know about all of y'all, but does this sound a wee bit like stalking/smothering? Does to me....

Stalking? Smothering? Er...just a little bit. And that's saying it lightly. What makes her think that contacting you 50 times within 24 hours is going to make you even WANT to call her back?? I say block her in every instance that you can. AIM, phone, whatever. Do you even know this girl or is it just someone that you've seen around every so often? Geez some people just don't take a hint!!

I know her. I have been trying to help her through some family problems, but the only issue is that once you show this girl kindness she gets freaked out if you back away even the slightest and now I am just getting sick of it. This happens every wednesday because of Lost.

Ohhhhhhhhhh *smothers my own memories as they surface* Yes, I knew someone just like this girl. And believe me, the faster you can detach yourself from this person, THE BETTER. The girl that was kinda stalking me back in high school I felt a little sorry for, and since one can never have too many friends anyway, her and I hung out a few times. But then she started getting weird...that's when I began to pull away. And when I did, she clung on tighter until once or twice I actually had to get nasty with her so that she would leave me alone!! That started my freshman year and I didn't completely detach myself from her until I graduated high school three years later. It was just very annoying...
